The TearLab Reimbursement Support Center is a full support center for assistance with coding and reimbursement questions. Simply call 1-855-TEARLAB (1-855-832-7522), Option 4 or email us at rsc@tearlab.com.

2. Complete the form and fax, along with the EOB (remembering to redact the patient information) to  1-858-812-0540.
3. The TearLab Reimbursement Support Center will contact you with our findings and work with you to determine a course of action.
